About Your Coach

Hi, I’m Prachie Dattani

I am a Certified Weight Loss Coach and an Internationally Certified Yoga Expert. As a Registered Dietitian of India, I believe that hormonal balance and women’s wellness can be achieved naturally with good nutrition, yogic practices and simple lifestyle changes.

I’m deeply passionate about feminine fitness and I truly believe that good health is always the first priority — before work, family or anything else. My approach is warm, realistic and designed to fit your actual life, not an ideal one.

My approach is personalised, natural and rooted in evidence-based nutrition. I strongly believe that hormonal balance, emotional wellbeing and long-term weight loss are all achievable through the right combination of good nutrition, yogic practices and simple lifestyle changes.

Frequently Asked Questions

I’ve never done yoga before. Can I still join?

Absolutely. Sessions are tailored to your level — from complete beginners to experienced practitioners. We focus on safe, gentle progress, not perfection.

Is this program only for weight loss?

No. Many women join for hormonal balance, improved energy, better sleep, stress reduction and overall wellness. Weight loss becomes a natural side-effect of a healthier lifestyle.

Do you give very strict diet charts?

I focus on flexible, realistic nutrition. You’ll get structure and guidance, not punishment or fear. We work with your culture, preferences and routines.

Is everything online?

Yes, sessions and communication can be fully online, making it easy to join from anywhere. We’ll use video calls and WhatsApp/Email for follow-ups.

How soon can I see results?

Every body is unique, but many women start feeling changes in energy, mood and digestion within a few weeks. Sustainable fat loss and hormonal shifts come with consistent effort over time.
